Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can shift in unexpected ways. While all deposits are non-refundable, we do offer flexibility. If your retreat or workshop needs to be postponed, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule your booking once within a 12-month period at no additional cost. This allows us to honour your intention while respecting the planning and resources required to hold this space for you. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to working consciously with us.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking and Payments: A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The full payment must be made in cash upon arrival at the retreat centre.
Participant Conduct: Attendees are expected to respect the retreat rules and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.
Liability Waiver: All participants must sign a liability waiver releasing Amaravati Healing Centerd from responsibility for personal injuries or losses that may occur during the retreat.
Privacy Policy: Personal information collected during booking is used solely for retreat organisation purposes and is not shared with third parties.
Health and Safety: Participants must disclose any relevant health issues prior to arrival. The retreat does not provide personal medical care.
