Each week we come together in the Floresta Shala to share music, rhythm, and connection. Our kirtan is a little different, with a mix of mantra music, medicine songs, and community favourites. It’s relaxed, welcoming, and open to everyone, whether you love to sing, play along, or simply listen.
Come as you are, bring your voice (no experience needed), and enjoy an uplifting way to spend your Saturday afternoon surrounded by nature and good company.

Sacred Threads is a monthly women’s circle designed to create a space for connection, reflection, and shared support. Each gathering weaves together conversation, simple practices, and activities around a theme, offering a chance to slow down, be heard, and explore what it means to walk this path of life together.
This circle is open to women of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you come to share, to listen, or simply to sit in community, you’ll find a space that feels safe, grounded, and nurturing.
